Our business current account offers overdraft facilities tailored to support your business needs.
The account can be overdrawn up to a pre-arranged limit, so you can transact on a credit or overdraft basis or fluctuate between overdraft and credit, depending on the transactions.
Interest on your overdraft is calculated on daily balance whilst there are various options available for credit balances. Funds can be deposited and withdrawn by:

- Debit Cards
- Debit Orders
- Stop Orders
- Credit Transfers

For companies and close corporations
Certified Memorandum and Articles of Association
Certificate of Incorporation
Certified Traders license and tax clearance
Proof of trading address
Board Resolution regarding authority to open account with full list of members
Valid passports or certified IDs of Members/ Directors including passport-size photos
Proof of residential address of directors or members ((lease, sub-lease, rental agreement, local chief's declaration or utility bill)
Directors' bank details and 6 months' bank statements (for a new company with no financials)
Six months' bank statements (for an existing company)
Latest audited financial statements
Non-profits such as informal bodies and NGO's
Constitution document
Registration document
Introduction letter from chairman or leader of congregation
Resolution by the board of Governors of a school
Resolution by Executive Committee
Valid passports or IDs of the individuals authorised to operate and open account
