Mcoleli Mthethwa - Head of Audit

Qualifications:

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification
Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA)
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance

Mcoleli is a qualified Chartered Accountant registered in both South Africa (CA (SA)) and Eswatini (CA(SD)). He holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA which is an international association focused on IT Governance. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences (CTA) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Eswatini. Prior to the appointment as the Head of Audit, Mcoleli held the role of Internal Audit Manager within Nedbank Eswatini. He has worked for MTN Eswatini where he was Manager - Financial and Operational Audit and for MTN - ETOP UP (a wholly owned subsidiary of MTN Eswatini) where he was Finance Manager. Prior to joining MTN Eswatini, he worked for KPMG Chartered Accountants where he was an Audit Supervisor.
