To SendMoney from your Online Banking
- Log on with your Profile ID and password to begin.
- Select Pay to mobile.
- Enter the recipient's mobile number, name and the amount you are paying.
- Confirm the details and click Pay.
To buy prepaid airtime or electricity
- Log on with your Profile ID and password to begin.
- Select Buy.
- Choose either Cellular or Electricity.
- Select the option and amount you need.
- Confirm the details and click Purchase.
To pay someone from your Online Banking
- Log on with your Profile ID and password to begin.
- Select Pay.
- Select Single payment or Multiple payment.
- Select who you would like to pay from your recipients.
- Enter the amount you would like to pay.
- Confirm or update details of your payment.
- Click Pay to complete the transaction.
How to change your limit
- Click Settings on the menu tab.
- Select Profile limits.
- Edit the limit amount you’d like to change.
- Select Update limit.
