How to submit a funeral cover claim
To claim from your funeral cover, you'll need to visit your nearest Nedbank branch.
Documents you'll need to provide:

Death certificate for the insured person

ID or passport for the insured person
-
ID or passport of the person who pays the premiums

Premium payer’s banking details
-
Proof of relationship (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, sworn affidavit, letter from Umphakatsi etc.)

Police report (for accidental death only)
