How to send money to a cellphone
Use the Money app
- Log in to the app
- Select Transact
- Tap on Payments
- Select Payment to mobile
- Add cellphone number and amount
- Tap Confirm
- Tap Pay
Go to Cellphone Banking
- Dial *120*40#
- Select Option 3, Pay
- Select Option 2, Pay to a mobile number
- Select Account to pay from
- Add cellphone number and amount
- Select Send
Use Online Banking
- Log on to your profile
- Select Payments
- Click on Send Money
- Add the cellphone number and the amount
- Click Submit
- Click Confirm
How to withdraw
The receiver will get an SMS with a One-Time Pin (OTP) which they can withdraw the full amount at any Nedbank ATM. Here's how:
- Select Cardless transactions
- Select Send Money withdrawal
- Enter your cellphone number
- Enter the amount sent
- Enter the cellphone number
- Enter the OTP number
- Select Confirm
That's it. Your recipient will then get their cash from the ATM.
