A dynamic and strategic Human Resources executive with more than 30 years of experience leading organisational growth, transformation, and people strategies across corporate and start-up environments with multinational footprints. She currently serves as Chief People Officer at Nawiri Group Limited, one of Africa’s leading leisure travel groups, where she drives people strategy, cultural integration, talent development, and organisational effectiveness across multiple African markets. She also advises the Board and investors on remuneration, governance, and human capital matters.

Widely recognised for her expertise in organisational development, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and post-merger integration, she has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives while championing diversity, inclusion, and sustainability. Prior to joining Nawiri Group, she served as Chief People Officer at TymeBank, where she established the bank’s Human Resources and ESG functions, supported strategic acquisitions, and led investor due diligence processes. She also served on the Remuneration and Social & Ethics Committees, contributing to governance and sustainability oversight.

Her extensive banking experience includes serving as Executive Head: Human Resources for Nedbank Africa Regions, where she provided strategic HR leadership across eight African countries. She also held several senior leadership roles within Nedbank Group, including Organisational Development and Business Banking HR leadership positions, where she drove significant culture and organisational transformation initiatives that were later featured in a Harvard Business School case study.
