A seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of experience in general management, manufacturing, engineering, and operations across the FMCG, timber, and rail sectors. He has a strong track record of leading business transformation, improving operational performance, and driving sustainable growth.

He previously served as Country Director and Executive Board Member of Swaziland Beverages Ltd, where he led the company’s commercial strategy and successfully guided its transition to a focused clear beer portfolio under the AB InBev Africa framework. Prior to this, as Managing Director of Swaziland Beverages Ltd, he oversaw multidisciplinary teams and aligned business performance with regional strategic objectives.

He also served as Managing Director of Peak Timbers Ltd, where he led the company's strategic turnaround following acquisition and steered the business through significant operational recovery and growth initiatives. Earlier leadership roles included Technical Director, Soft Drinks Manager, and Engineering Manager at Swaziland Beverages and Coca-Cola Eswatini, as well as Mechanical Engineer at Eswatini Railway.

His extensive executive experience, coupled with deep expertise in operations, manufacturing, and strategic leadership, enables him to provide valuable insight into business growth, governance, and operational excellence.
