Sandile Maphanga is an accomplished finance and business executive with over 15 years of experience across finance, operations, strategy, governance, taxation, procurement, auditing, and business transformation. He currently serves as Country Manager (Managing Director) of Eswatini Coca-Cola Beverages, where he provides strategic leadership, drives operational excellence, and oversees business performance and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to this role, he held several senior leadership positions, including Financial Director at Eswatini Coca-Cola Beverages, Director of Large Taxpayers and Procurement Manager at the Eswatini Revenue Service, and Internal Audit Manager at the Eswatini National Provident Fund. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has extensive expertise in financial stewardship, corporate governance, risk management, and strategic execution.
