Fikile is the Managing Director for Nedbank Eswatini Limited. Prior to her appointment as Managing Director, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has also served in the organisation as the Head of Internal Audit. She joined Nedbank Eswatini Limited in 2001, having worked for an international audit firm. Outside Nedbank, she sits on the Board of ENACTUS (Eswatini Chapter) as Chairperson and UNESWA Foundation as a Trustee. She is the Vice-President: Trade & Commerce of the Federation of Swaziland Employers and Chamber of Commerce (FSE&CC) and represents the Bank in various boards and committees.
