Fikile Nkosi is a highly respected banking executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. She has served as Managing Director of Nedbank Eswatini Limited since 2010, providing strategic leadership and guiding the bank’s growth, governance, and operational performance.
Her extensive career with Nedbank includes senior executive roles as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Internal Audit, where she led key initiatives in financial management, risk governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate strategy. A seasoned leader with strong commercial acumen, she is recognised for driving organisational performance and fostering sustainable business growth.
Fikile is a member of the International Auditors Association and the Institute of Accountants. She also plays an active role in advancing the financial services sector through her leadership as Chairperson of the Eswatini Bankers Association and as an Executive Member of Business Eswatini.
