Themba Manana - Head: Shared Services
Qualifications:

- BCom (Uniswa)
- Management Development Programme (GIBS, University of Pretoria)
Themba has more than 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector as a Process Manager, IT Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead. He boasts of six years executive management experience. He has worked in projects, both here and in other African countries, as a Project lead. He has also worked in other sectors, where he’s been leading changing of core systems, including the Airports Company South Africa and Swaziland Post and Telecommunications. He is currently heading the Shared Services function, which consists of Information Technology and Operations.
